How we work

Paid discovery first. Nobody designs a control system from a phone call.

1 · Discovery

A paid site visit and a written brief: what the rooms are, what equipment exists, what has failed before, and what the operation actually needs to hold.

2 · Assessment report

A document you own: measurements, findings, risks, a proposed architecture and a costed scope. It is useful even if you take it elsewhere.

3 · Design and quotation

Panel drawings, sensor placement, network layout and a fixed-scope quotation with named equipment.

4 · Installation and commissioning

Installation, then commissioning against the acceptance tests agreed in the design — including a deliberately triggered alarm.

5 · Support agreement

A service level with defined response times, firmware updates, calibration intervals and a scheduled review.

Discovery and the assessment report are chargeable and standalone. They are not a free sales visit, and they do not commit you to an installation.
