Applications arrive complete
Before opening, the manager reviews the pending applications. Each one arrives online, complete and signed, in the applicant's language and with a photo of their ID. Approving or rejecting it is always the club's decision.

Check-in by name or from the member's phone
Staff look the member up by name and log the check-in. A member who has set a password scans the code on the door screen with their own phone and checks in by themselves. The tablet shows who is inside, live, and check-outs are logged the same way.

The ID fills in the form
At an in-person registration, staff scan the DNI, NIE, foreign ID card or passport, and the form fills itself in. Scanning is part of the Complete plan and runs on the club's own Google Gemini key; on Essential, staff type the details in by hand. The photo of the ID is kept in your member register, in the European Union.

The club's limits, counted per member
The club sets a daily and a monthly limit for all its members, and stonedOS counts them per member at every dispense. Each member has a balance and the overdraft limit you decide. No entry is ever edited or deleted: a correction is a void that stays on the record with who made it and when. Staff can void their own entry within 15 minutes; after that only an admin can, and an admin always writes a reason.
The audit log keeps who did what and cannot be changed without it showing. One button checks the whole chain and tells you if any entry has changed since it was written.

Your club is already on the map
The clubs in the public association registers already have their own page on the map. Look yours up.
Find your club
See its page, or claim it free. We never charge for a listing or sell positions, and claiming it does not commit you to stonedOS.
What a club page gives Google
A title with the club's name and its city, plus the district when it fits: [Name] · Cannabis social club in [City].
One page per city with its clubs and districts, linked from every club page. A claimed listing appears at the top of its city's page.
In Spanish and English, each version at its own address, linked to each other for Google.
Structured data: the club's name, town and register number, in the format Google reads. A claimed listing adds opening hours, phone, photos and events.
Your club gets a page Google can find. Where Google places it in its results is Google's decision.

The AI runs on the club's own Google Gemini key, which the club pays on its own account.
Up to 1,000 members included. Each further 1,000 members, or part of them, adds €99 / month plus VAT (€119.79 incl. VAT).
A member counts if their membership is valid on the 1st of the month, as the stonedOS member list shows it. Lapsed and deleted members do not count.
The club pays its own API services on its own accounts: email (Resend) and, on Complete, Google Gemini for the AI and scanning. They are never in our price.
You start with a 60-day free pilot. We set everything up ourselves, including importing your member list from its spreadsheet.
It's Stonedhenge, the club in Alicante. Piotr, the architect and lead developer of stonedOS, designed and built it inside the club, which uses it every day, and he is the one who maintains and improves it.
Each club's data, walled off
No other club can see your members' data, and neither can the people who work at the Stonedhenge club.
Your own accounts
The club's email goes out from its own Resend account, which the club pays for only if it goes past the free plan. On Complete, the AI and ID scanning use the club's Google Gemini key, and Google bills each use to the club's account. Both accounts are in the club's name.
Questions clubs ask
You're another club. Why would we give you our data?
You're right to ask. Yes, we're a club, which is why we know what that data is worth. Each club's data is walled off: no other club can see your members' data, and neither can the people who work at the Stonedhenge club. The only people who get in are the stonedOS team who set the software up and support you, when needed. Your members are yours: we never contact them for our own purposes.
Where is the data and who protects it?
The data belongs to the club; we only process it on your behalf. The database is in the European Union, in Ireland. When you scan an ID (on Complete), the image is sent to Google to be read, and Google may process it outside the EU. If you reject an application, its ID photos are deleted after 30 days; an approved member's photos stay on their record until you erase that member's personal data, which you can do as soon as they ask.
Does our members' ID go to Google?
The photo of the document is kept in your member register, in the European Union, the way you keep the photocopy today. Google only receives it if your staff press "scan" so the form fills itself in. If you'd rather not, staff type the details in by hand and Google receives nothing. Applications members make from their own phone don't go through Google. Scanning exists only on Complete.
We already run it on Excel and a notebook. Why change?
And it works, until the rush hour or until it's time to reconcile the stock and the accounts. We import your Excel and set everything up. It's 60 days free: if it doesn't save you time, we stop.
What makes you different from other software?
It was built inside a Spanish club that uses it every day, and it comes with your map listing. Apply and we will show it to you in 15 minutes, so you can compare for yourselves.
What if you shut down?
There's no lock-in: it's month to month. And whenever you ask, we hand you a spreadsheet copy of your members, applications, dispensing, balances, visits and audit log. Stonedhenge runs on this same system every day.
What if the internet goes down?
stonedOS needs a connection; without one it doesn't work. That's why we set the tablet up with the hotspot of one of the club's phones: if the wifi drops, you switch the hotspot on, the tablet connects by itself and you carry on. And nothing already saved is lost, because it doesn't live on the tablet.
What if we don't want to be on the map?
We understand. Right now the listing only shows what the official register already publishes, with no address, and the map location is approximate, to within about a kilometre. One thing to know: if you claim it, the register's address and its exact location go public; if that isn't your premises, we correct it before approving. And if you'd rather not appear at all, we take it off the map: write to us, or request it from the listing itself.
Apply for stonedOS
Tell us who you are and how many members you have. Piotr reads every application and replies to you himself, to show you stonedOS and, if it fits, set up the 60-day pilot.
